About 2009 Portland Badminton Clinic

We want to clarify some of the questions people asked about what is the difference between this clinic and the one hosted on last October. This clinic is the extension of the first one. This time Tony, Halim, and Howard will focus more tactics and strategy for improving your game and there are more interactions with the coaches. It is suitable for intermediate and advanced players. We are still accepting registration.

2009 Lilac City Badminton Tournament Entry

Here's this years registration for the Lilac. Slight changes from last year include:

1. Early registration option to save you a few bucks.
2. Saturday start time to allow for travel and golf on Friday if you so desire.

Congratulations to the PBC's Elite Badminton team

Congratulations to the Portland Badminton Club's Elite Badminton team (13-18 yrs old)
The PBC smashers won all the gold medals at this years State Games of Oregon - The Open Youth category.
The Smashers are currently being coached by Karthik Subramania and Ralph Cervantes. Way to go.
The current team consist of :
Parsa Mojab - 1st place BS, 3rd Place BD
Austin Hunter - 2nd Place BS, 1st Place BD
Kevin Chen - 2nd place BD
Daniel Lee - 2nd Place BD
Nate Potter - 3rd place BS
Ashton Summers- 4 place BS
Anisha Das - 2nd place GS, 1st Place GD
Anjoli Das - 1st place GS, 3rd place GD

The PBC is very proud of this young and up and coming team. Watch out for this team "Oregon".
