[Region4] Kelowna Open in just 2 weeks

Hi everyone, just a note that we will be having a Kelowna Open the  
weekend of Oct. 12-13. Watch for an entry form coming out very soon.  
There has bit a bit of confusion regarding the date, but we are  
running a tournament. This will be a good tourney for competitive  
youth, masters and open players. It is a great tune up for the season  
and we really need your support to keep this tradition alive.

As soon as we have the registration process finalized I will email  
again, but please pass the word around and put the date on your  
calendar.
